What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations received with 24 hours of attendance receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations after this 24 hour hour period receive a 50% refund.

How am I refunded?

Your initial online payment will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card.

How do I book extra time for the work if it takes longer than pre-booked?

Simply go online and book more time in blocks of 30 minutes.

Why is all work pre-booked and paid for upfront?

This is to avoid our trades people and yourself paying in and carrying cash. Especially if you are booking for elderly relatives.
